This notice governs access to and use of the website tacticourt.com and the TactiCourt application, in its web and desktop versions (hereinafter, "the Service"): software for basketball coaching staffs with a tactical whiteboard, plays, drills, practices, scouting, roster and stats. By accessing the site or using the Service, you confirm that you have read this notice.

3. Terms of use of the site

You agree to use the site and the Service lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice, the Terms of Service and the law, and not to damage, overload or disable the site, or attempt to access areas, accounts or data that are not yours without permission.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The software, its code, design, texts, logos and the TactiCourt brand belong to the owner or are used under license, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. No license is granted beyond use of the Service under the terms. The content you enter (plays, reports, videos, your team's data…) remains yours.

The photographs on the home page are licensed under Creative Commons BY 2.0 and have been processed in duotone: "Time Out" (compujeramey), "Lady Eagles huddle with Coach Ron Williams" (TheBlackHour.com), "Slam Dunk" (Fort George G. Meade), "Basketball net" and "Jadwin Gym Scoreboard". The Manrope and Instrument Serif typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License and are served from this same domain.

5. Liability

The owner strives to keep the Service running continuously and without errors, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the total absence of faults, and may suspend it for maintenance. The information on the site is for guidance only. The foregoing does not limit the rights that the law grants to consumers, nor does it exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Links

The site may link to third-party pages (for example, to the installer download on GitHub). The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy policy.

7. Data protection and cookies

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence or use the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by law.
